This design is very interesting. You have a garage in a building. Also known as sky garage.

The building (The Jeweler’s Building) has an elevator which tenants can drive to it and the elevator will bring them up to their floor.

Based on the plan, this elevator is built on the side walk of the road.

I think is a great Idea but, won’t it cause traffic jams at the bottom? Cars would have to line up to get into this elevator. By the looks of it, only one car at a time.
