Finally, Non-Us residents (especially Malaysians) can withdraw funds from their paypal account without the hassle to open a US bank account or having the trouble to buy/sell from third parties. Funds Availability and Withdrawal Limit It will take 5 to 7 days to process the application but your card issuer’s policies may affect the processing time. Note that PayPal charges a $5 fee for withdrawals to your card and Currency conversion fees may also apply. Minimum withdrawal amount is as the table below:
This is really good news. Non-US residents especially Malaysians and all countries related, can finally withdraw funds from Paypal to their Visa or Mastercard or any debit/credit card without using anymore back door alternatives.
