So this year Like I said in my first post for 2008, I’m going to be more smart & easy working ( Hard working is not my type. It’ sounds to hard ;p)

So This my semi-annually plan, goals and resolutions.

January:

-Create and complete an Ebook. It’s in progress, just waiting for a few case studies, a few sponsors an great salesletter. ( I will launch it in February. That’s the plan). It has some thing to do with planing.

The goal here is to make money.

February:

-Code a script for viral marketing. It’s s powerful tool if handle properly.

-Write a manuscript for a physical ebook. I found one niche that I should take opportunity now before somebody else does. ( I’ll already have the resources, all I need to do is write, complete and Find the best publisher. Already have that in mind )

The goal here is also to make money

March:

-code another script for JV’s and List building mechanism.

-write another ebook. Also about planning but more specific, and niche.

-Publisher accept manuscript for physical book.

The goal here is to create another source of money.

 April:

- Create another script for internet marketing. Focusing on affiliates. This will be resulted from previous ebook success.

The goal, more income.

May:

-The plan, is too write another ebook about  a certain affiliate product.

The goal for this, same as above.

June:

-Launch  a major service that will generate monthly income. ( another opportunity I should take now, but lack of and financial support)

The goal, well,… I don’t need to tell you do I?

Playing Around With Camtasia 5

Friday, January 18th, 2008

A quick post for today. (I busy playing around :P)
Currently, like I said, I’m playing around with a new software ( not that new actually) that I downloaded for free. It’s called Camtasia 5. The latest edition of Camtasia Studios. Actually, I’m making a video tutorial for an upcoming project of mine.

Is the software free?

Well yes of course, for 30 days only because it’s a trial software (with complete functions). ;p .So far, it’s the best screen capture software complete with it’s own editor that I have ever used. It’s quite user-friendly and direct to the point. It’s not like Adobe Premiere or any other video editing software that are complicated. It’s just like point, click, create.

Foster + Partners creates the world’s largest inhabited building, Crystal Island

Thursday, January 17th, 2008

While everybody else is building the highest skyscraper (tallest soon to be complete, Burj Dubai ( currently at 598.5m high with 158 floors), Foster+Partner are building the largest. “If you can’t build the tallest, then build the largest” Thats what they are thinking I guess.

Seriously, building taller buildings are quite dangerous for construction worker as it gets higher. Living in the tallest building is cool but I don’t think I want to live in one. Especially if it’s 800m above ground. Anyway, enjoy a short note below about Crystal Island.

Foster & Partner, Crystal Island, Russia

One of the world’s most ambitious building projects, Crystal Island has been granted preliminary planning permission in Moscow. Enclosed within a vast mega structure covering a total floor area of 2.5million square metres – the project’s scale is unprecedented. At 450m the scheme in one of the tallest structures on the planet, creating a spectacular new emblem on the Moscow skyline. Conceived as a self-contained city within a city, it contains a rich mix of buildings including museums, theatres and cinemas, to ensure that it is a major new destination for the whole of Moscow.

Foster & Partner, Largest inhabited building

Norman Foster said: “Crystal Island is one of the world’s most ambitious building projects and it represents a milestone in the 40 year history of the practice. It is the largest single building in the world, creating a year-round destination for Moscow and a sustainable, dynamic new urban quarter. It is a paradigm of compact, mixed-use, sustainable city planning, with an innovative energy strategy and ‘smart’ skin which buffers against climate extremes.”
